One list for everything people ask you to build.
Requests reach you in Slack DMs, in meetings and in passing. This gives them one list, and the helper asks what is missing before a request lands: what is wrong, who has it, one example, what done looks like.
It is free.

#tool-requests
Four ways in, one list
Every request ends up in the same place with the same fields filled in, whichever way it arrived. The helper checks your tools and earlier requests, so the person asking hears "the returns tool already does this" the moment they ask.
- Slack
- Someone asks in a channel. The helper answers in the same thread and tells them when the request moves.
- Claude or ChatGPT
- Connect your own assistant over MCP. It can send a request and read the list.
- A link
- Anyone with the link can ask, with no account. They get a page that shows where their request stands.
- The screen
- Type a request here, with the helper or on a plain form.
You move it across the board
Requests go from New to Queued, Building, Trying it and Done. You rank the queue, comment, keep notes that only builders see and attach files. The person who asked hears back where they asked.
