Requests

Privacy

What this site keeps about you, who else sees it, and how to delete all of it.

What we store

  • Your name and email address, from your Google account.
  • The organization and role you give us when you sign up.
  • Whether you said yes to notes from us. We email you only if you did.
  • The apps you connect, such as your own Claude, so you can see them and take access back.
  • Your workspaces, the people in them and their roles, and the tool list each workspace keeps.
  • Every request with its comments, internal notes and attachments, and the names of the people who asked. For someone who asks in Slack, the name and email come from their Slack profile. On the share link, an email is kept only when the person gives one.
  • The conversations with the helper, including the ones that happen in a Slack thread, so the helper can pick up where it stopped.

Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data.

The helper is Anthropic's Claude. The text and images in a conversation with it, and the requests and tool list it checks to answer, are sent to Anthropic to be processed. If a workspace puts in its own Anthropic key, the helper runs on that key.

A workspace's Slack bot token and its Anthropic key are stored encrypted.

Enum Studio reads a request only when a builder in the workspace asks for feedback on it. We then read that request, its shared comments and attachments and the tool list, never its internal notes or any other request. An ask can be withdrawn, and we lose access to the request.

Delete everything

The owner of a workspace can delete it under the workspace's settings. Its requests, comments, attachments, Slack connection and keys are deleted with it.

Go to Settings and choose Delete account to remove your account and the apps you connected. An account that owns a workspace must hand it over or delete it first.
